Quick Guide

This guide goes through the steps needed to register and use our demo.

New Users

  1. Call our call centre number
  2. Follow the enrollment process using the given passphrase
  3. You are now registered and will be taken back to the main menu

Existing Users

  1. Call our call centre number
  2. Verify your identity using the registered passphrase
  3. You will now be at the main menu. Select one of the following options:
    1. Select 1 to access the Mobile Money menu, where you can view account information, pay a bill or make a transfer
    2. Select 2 to simulate an alert
    3. Select 3 to manage your passphrases
    4. Select 4 to deactivate your account

Reactivate Account

  1. Call our call centre number
  2. Follow the reactivation process using the given passphrase
  3. You are now reactivated and will be taken back to the main menu
