Quick Guide
This guide goes through the steps needed to register and use our demo.
New Users
- Call our call centre number
- Follow the enrollment process using the given passphrase
- You are now registered and will be taken back to the main menu
Existing Users
- Call our call centre number
- Verify your identity using the registered passphrase
- You will now be at the main menu. Select one of the following
options:
- Select 1 to access the Mobile Money menu, where you can view account information, pay a bill or make a transfer
- Select 2 to simulate an alert
- Select 3 to manage your passphrases
- Select 4 to deactivate your account
Reactivate Account
- Call our call centre number
- Follow the reactivation process using the given passphrase
- You are now reactivated and will be taken back to the main menu
